* Vehicle rego lookups are billed as you go. Only Complete plans include SMS credits each month: Starter 100, Growth 200, Pro 300. The Marketing add-on on its own includes none; texts are bought in packs. Credit packs are $10 for 70, $25 for 180, $50 for 380 or $100 for 800 credits, including GST. Allowance resets monthly; unused allowance does not roll over. Purchased credits never expire. AU SMS uses 1 credit per segment (160 GSM-7 or 70 Unicode units for a single segment; 153/67 for multipart texts). NZ SMS uses 2 credits per segment. AU MMS uses 7 credits, NZ MMS 14. SMS is capped at 6 segments; longer texts are refused without a charge. File storage holds the photos and documents you attach to jobs; you can add more from Settings › Subscription if you run out.

Common questions.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. 14 days, no credit card required. Subscribe at the end to continue using the Service. After the trial expires, your data is kept for 60 days, then scheduled for deletion if you have not subscribed. Warning emails may extend this deadline. Existing retention deadlines continue to apply. Export your data before you leave. Retained records and backups are described in Privacy §9.
- How does billing work?
- Monthly billing in AUD via Stripe. Pick a plan by team size — Starter ($109/mo, up to 5 users), Growth ($149, 10) or Pro ($199, 20), all inc GST — then add any of the seven modules on top. Mid-cycle changes are prorated.
- Is there a contract or cancellation fee?
- No lock-in and no cancellation fees. Cancel from Settings any time. Access runs to the end of the billing period.
- Can I change my plan later?
- Yes — move up or down a plan, or toggle any module, any time from Settings > Subscription. Mid-cycle changes are prorated.
- What if I have more than 20 users?
- The Pro plan covers up to 20 users. Beyond that, extra seats are $10/mo each. Workshop groups and franchises can contact us for custom Enterprise pricing.
- What if I have more than one location?
- Extra locations are covered by the Multi-Site module. If a second site sends its own SMS it needs its own number: the first number is included, and each additional number is $20/mo. It is added automatically when you set the number up and removed when you release it.
- How much file storage do I get?
- Every plan includes storage for the files you attach to jobs — photos, receipts, reports and other documents: 25 GB on Starter, 50 GB on Growth and 150 GB on Pro. Move up a plan and the larger allowance applies as soon as the plan change goes through. If you need more than your plan includes, extra storage can be added — and removed again — from Settings › Subscription.
- What's the Complete package?
- Complete bundles your plan with all seven add-on modules at a discount — $299/mo on Starter, $349 on Growth, $399 on Pro (inc GST). PitlaneInfo is available separately.
- Do you charge a setup fee?
- No setup fee, no data import fee, no onboarding fee. The trial is the onboarding.
