Embed a booking iframe on your existing website (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, custom HTML). The styling inherits your colours; the form fields are configurable per service type. Choose exactly which services are bookable online — offer logbook and brakes, say, and keep the complex jobs off the public form.
Bay-aware capacity.
In calendar mode, the widget reads your live diary and your bay capacity. If all three of your bays are booked Tuesday, the customer only sees Wednesday onwards — no phone-call triage to find out you can't actually fit them in.
Bookings that don't become problems.
Booking creates a request with the customer + vehicle details and notifies reception, who confirm it into the diary. SMS reminders default to 24 hours before the booking.
Common questions.
- Can I take a deposit at booking?
- No. The public booking form does not collect a deposit. Confirm the booking and invoice on completion.
- What if the customer's vehicle isn't in the system?
- They enter the rego and vehicle details at booking, and a new vehicle record is created when your team confirms the booking into a job.
